Welcome to GTutor2012, where we provide personalized one-on-one private tutoring services. This policy outlines the terms and guidelines for our tutoring sessions to ensure a conducive learning environment for both tutors and students.

2. Booking and Scheduling

• Booking Process: Students can book tutoring sessions by contacting GTutor2012 directly via our designated booking platform or through other communication channels.
• Advance Booking: To secure a tutoring session, students must book at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are subject to availability.
• Cancellation and Rescheduling: Students are not permitted to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session within 24 hours of the scheduled start time. No refunds will be provided for cancellations or rescheduling within this timeframe.

3. Tutoring Sessions

• Venue: Tutoring sessions will take place at a location agreed upon by the tutor and student, which may include in-person meetings or online sessions.
• Duration: Each tutoring session will have a predetermined duration agreed upon by the tutor and student during the booking process.
• Materials and Notes: Any notes or materials provided by the tutor during the session are for the sole use of the student and may not be distributed or shared with others due to copyright restrictions.

4. Code of Conduct

5. Recording and Filming

• Prohibition: Students are strictly prohibited from filming, recording, or otherwise capturing any part of the tutoring session without prior consent from the tutor.
• Privacy: This policy is in place to protect the privacy and intellectual property rights of both the tutor and the student.

6. Payment and Fees
